Remarks

The selection for the given course is based on ACPC counseling. It takes into account the GUJCET and HSC marks. GUJCET is the state-level entrance exam. The application form can be filled out online or in physical form. Reservation is available for SC, ST, and OBC.

Course Curriculum Overview

Engineering is well taught and SCET is well known in the South Gujarat area. The faculty-student ratio is around 70:1 on average. The faculty teaching the course are qualified with most of them having Masters's degrees, PHDs, and pursuing PhDs. The exams are taken on time. The difficulty is average for these exams and can be cleaned easily.

Placement Experience

Students can appear for the placements from the seventh semester. Most of the companies around the area and MNCs recruit students. Examples are Reliance Industries, Cognizant, l & T, AMNS, and Infosys. The highest package is 7,50,000 and the average package is around 2,50,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for a fours year course is around 4,80,000 which is high, but considering the education, it is justified. Scholarships and loan facilities are available. Particularly, students can take benefit of the MYSY scholarship which provides financial assistance in fees.

Campus Life

Techfest and cultural fest are organized every year. The library of the college is provided with all the necessary books for subjects appearing in the various courses. Basic amenities are provided in the classrooms. Drinking water is provided at all locations on the campus. A canteen is also present on the campus. There are clubs for various activities. The sports are not conducted in a structured manner and it can be improved. Social media can be accessed by students.

My honest Experience at Ahmedabad University

Placement Experience:

Their is an placement faculty in my college, many companies like torrent, birla, tcs etc and many more companies visit our college. Also our college provides internship for students. The average salary pakage is about 3 lakhs which is less and about 65% of students are placed every year. Highest pakage of my college is about 8lacks per annum. About my plan after completing degree is that if college place me for about salary upto 6 lakhs then i will place otherwise i will go for preparation of "GPSC" exam and set the carrier their.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.

Campus placement is available in our college Most of students get plavement it means 80% to 85% students get placement After 3 year student get internship and then student get placement . Lot of companies come for placement like Tata, Reliance etc... Our college placement ratio is Lowest placement package is around 2 Lakh per year average placement package is around 3-4 Lakh per year And Highest placement package is around 6-7 Lakh per year.
