Remarks

At that time in 2020, the admission procedure was through UPSEE(Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Entrance Examination) in which I got CLR 17K and my OBC rank was around 5k but now the admission procedure has been changed and shifted to jee mains instead of UPSEE and it is way better than the older one.

I opted ECE branch here and it's decent. Except for the facilities for 1st year, they don't teach properly and don't complete the syllabus properly but if you are talking about the teachers of core subjects then they are nice and pretty good.

The placement is decent and it got improved as compared to the past. In simple words I can say you can't expect more in terms of placement, you have to do each and everything on your own foot. Electronics and CSE students were taken by a few companies like Vodafone, HCl, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 83100 per year which is quite high if you compare it with other government engineering colleges and Universities. And if you talk about scholarships UP govt. provides facilities for needy students to be benefitted.

Campus Life

There is nothing like the annual fest and programs. This college lacks these types of programs and fest and you can't even complain about that. And if you're talking about the library it is pretty decent where you have all types of books related to your subject/stream. The classroom is pretty decent. And there is one stadium in this whole University where you can't play freely if you are not from the physical department as it was completely opted for by them.

Life of college of DELHI NCR

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Strict and sober college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

My personal college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .

Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .

I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted.
