SRM HONEST REVIEW

SRM conducts its exam SRMJEEE. After the exam is conducted and the result is declared the seats will be given according to the rank secured by the candidate. After the course of interest of the candidate is chosen by the candidate the respective fee amount is to be paid and the admission process will be over.

I've chosen CSE-BDA because of its high demand in the market. The faculty in the college are good. They make sure that every student should understand the concept and also practical's done in labs are very fruitful. Students can ask doubts to teachers anytime. Some faculties are strict but in times of need, they are very cooperative and helpful.

Internship opportunities are available for students. Placement cell helps the students for getting internships in different companies with which the college has tied up with. Colleges also make sure that the internship provided by them is best for students so that it can help them in making a good resume to apply for good companies.

College provides in-campus placement with the highest placement of 48LPA. There is a separate placement cell for the placement of students. The college provides placements with an average package of 8 to 9 LPA and offers 100% placements for students having no back papers. College also offers internships for students and students with good performance get pre-placements at the end of the 6th semester or the start of the 7th semester.

The fee for my course is 3.5 lacs per year. Those students who have been given SRMJEEE are eligible for a scholarship if they score the minimum marks required for the scholarship. The scholarship is also available for students whose parents are in Army, Navy, or Airforce and students with sports quota.

In SRM the campus environment is very good. All the students are very helpful. Seniors always help juniors and the campus is completely ragging-free. Several help desks are set up for the help of students. Also, there are many clubs in college that students can join which help them in gaining skills that are beneficial for their careers. Clubs also make students take part in different National level events. College also has 2 main fests AARUUSH and MILAN which students enjoy a lot. Many celebrities and artists come to college and perform it's 3 to 4 days full of fun.

The hostel environment and facilities are good but its price is high compared to the facilities provided. AC hostel is very expensive for a normal student to afford. Apart from that hostel follow strict rules. No Tobacco and alcohol Products are allowed. Checking is always done by wardens. Daily biometric attendance is also taken. It also provides free Wi-Fi 24x7 for students.
