There was no entrance exam, Although takes students through JEE also, Mine was on basis of the 12th Percentage. You can find the application on the TIT Website itself and can also get in touch with a counselor which will be one of the faculties from the college only. They will make the whole process of admission very seamless and you'll be done with all the formalities in no time.

I wanted a Branch with which I can be in Core Sector as well as in the IT sector hence it was a pre-planned decision. The faculty-to-student ratio is quite good I must. In our very own ECE department, we just had 160 students and overall had 12 faculty members solely available for our department. The quality of teaching is very nice and extremely efficient, obviously don't expect them to be of very high standards as the curriculum itself is not very updated, but overall it's good. Term exams were always on time and their difficulty is almost of Medium level, you need to have your basics clear to score well.

Under the stipend, companies like TCS, CAPGEMINI, INFOSYS, HEXAWARE, and WIPRO will be there depending on the role to role. You will be working on different projects which solely depends on the need of the company.

In 6th semester, you'll be eligible for college placements, Many companies like SAP Labs, KPIT, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Hexaware, Mindtree, Wipro, etc come every year and close to 1800 students get placed easily in every session. The highest package is offered by SAP Labs at 12 LPA for the Software Development Engineer role while the average package will be around 3 LPA, Almost 90% of students get placed. I will be sticking to the corporate sector after college.

The average fees will cost you around 60k-90k per year depending upon your JEE Score and your 12 th Percentage also, people were there with almost 1,30,000 fees. The scholarship is also available for students with more than 85% In 12th. I got a place in Accenture from the College only, it was a very nice experience.

There will be N number of social and co-curricular activities for you available there, from Cricket, and kho kho to Volleyball and Powerlifting, Students also went forward to compete at the National level at Khelo India during my 2nd year. There is a Literary club, dance club, and singing club, run by students and teachers.

You'll have a bathroom with an Attached washroom in 2 seaters and separate ones in 4 seaters hostel, each person will get their Heating Rod during winter which you have to submit when you leave. The food is surprisingly good on most of the days in the mess. You can pre-register on-site for the hostel or also register when you get there. I rented my Room in Anand Nagar (3 km from College) when I left the hostel in 2nd year.
