For eligibility, you need to complete your graduation by the 12th with a pass percentage of min. 60%. All the details of the college and college fee structure are available in gisat.in website. Nothing to improve

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this college because of the recommendation of the facilities inside the college and I had an above-average experience at the college. The teachers are very friendly and kind. The student ratio is average since the benefit is that we get a spoon-feeding/tuition class experience. All the teachers here are having good qualifications, min of MTECH and above. There are 2 term exams about 2 hrs each. Exams are normally easy to pass.

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is also good. Children of fishermen and students belonging to SC/ST will get a high fee consideration. Even different scholarships for students with high marks and E grades for minorities are also applied.

Campus Life

Freshers day, Cultural day celebrations on every fresh start of new batches. Convocation and sendoff on endings. We are having a good library with an above-average collection of books. Extracurricular activities include NSS programs, IEDC workshops, etc. Here, we are having different communities named: IEDC, NSS

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

There are many Ai seminars arranged in our college to help with job opportunities and ideas.Ftom what I heard there are quite a good amount of placements offered in the college.My plan in the future is to go for mtech course in quantity surveying.

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.
