Remarks

There is a balanced industry exposure as well as focus on academics. The faculty is quite master in their subjects and are always ready to offer help to the students. The teaching of the college is mainly focused to suit the requirements of the industry.

Entrance Preview

The entrance procedure of Chameli devi, is quite easy. You are required to score 60 percent minimum marks in your senior secondary to qualify for the further admission procedure. The campus is one the best.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite precisely designed. There is a sufficient balance between academics and other industrial experiences such as seminars and conferences that are organized in the campus

Placement Experience

Quite a lot of placement opportunities are available in the college. The placement cell is dedicated in enhancing the personality of students to appear for companies. They give soft skills and other kind of training to enhance the personality of students.

College Events

There are many events and other activities conducted in the college. Also, various kind of sports activities are are conducted to engage participation. These include sports cricket, volleyball etc.

The fee structure of the college is quite balanced. It is INR 65,000 per year, which is quite comparable to other colleges.

The campus life is basically fun. Various kinds of facilities are provided inside the college campus. The classrooms are AC and there is adequate support for a computer lab in the campus.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.
