Great life at IMS DAVV Indore

For admission to BBA+MBA (Hospital Administration) applicants have to apply for the entrance exam conducted by the University, Common Entrance Test or Central University Entrance Test. Eligibility for this course is 50% marks in the 12th class having the PCB stream. Application forms, application fees, and application dates are issued by the University in December or January. Jammu and Kashmir, PwD, EWS, and Handicapped applicants can avail following category reservations. Sometimes admission process is delayed due to the result or any other problems, University should work on this.

BBA+MBA(Hospital Administration) course is a good option for students having an interest in the medical or hospital field. There is a good ratio of faculty and student. Most of the faculty is PhD in their respective subjects and the teaching method is very good. Three internal tests are been taken for 20 marks each. From a total of 60 marks best of two or the highest of two are added to the final results, final subject paper taken is 60 marks. The exam is not so hard. There are two semesters in a year.

Campus placements are offered here in IMS. Students are eligible for placements in their final year of the degree. The average package is 3.5 lac PA. And the highest package was 10.50 lac PA. On average 90% of students are getting placed. My plan after graduation is to pursue MBA in hospital administration from the Institute of management studies DAVV.

For male students, the yearly fees will be 59211 (2021) and for female students, it will be 58211 (2021). Devi Ahilya University is a public university in which the caste wise scholarship is available, Mukhya Mantri medhavi scholarship is also available for the students who have passed the 12th with Mp Board having 75 or 80 per cent and for the CBSE board students it will be 85%. Any caste students can avail of this scholarship. Campus placements are also good enough, the average package is 3.5 lac per annum.

Life in the IMS DAVV is fabulous, several social fests are organised by the different departments. Spandhan on teacher's day, Summer fest, Bollywood day, Deepotsav on Diwali and many other traditional and social fests are organised in IMS. Books and journals are available easily. Classrooms are well managed. Pratispradha event for sports is organised by the college between different departments. There is a finance club in IMS.
