You can get some scholarship in your fee if you try. Finding an application is a bit easy, you just have to fill out the online form and contact the College. The admission process is quite easy, you won't face a lot.

I chose this course to my own interest. Computer science is the trend and it seems interesting to learn it. Student-faculty ratio will be quite good, there be no shortage of teachers. Faculty members will be qualified and well-educated. But as you already know this isn't an IIT or nit so they won't be that much help to you. Coding teachers will be just like theory teachers, for practicals you'll have to do it yourself. Exams are conducted timely and with not a lot of gaps. College exams are never too tough to pass. You can score well if you study for one week before the exam.

7th sem is best for getting the placements here. Companies like Wipro Infosys TCS Tech Mahindra Accenture, and a lot more like this usually hire students. The highest package offered was 17 lacs. Mostly every year 10-15 students can get up to 10lac of the package, and on average 6-7 lacs getting students will be up to 20. Almost 60-70% of students get placed every year. My plan after this degree is obv to get a campus placement, as it is providing good placements for students who really have done well.

Normally fees differ for different students. If you come first you can get this college at lower fees as compared. Sometimes you'll have to appeal to the admission cell if you have good marks, they can provide you with a scholarship. There's no specific scholarship given to students.

If I talk about sports, there's one basketball court, where all students play. There was a football ground, but now it is used as a parking lot. After this, There are no sports in this college for engg students, neither there will be any kind of extracurricular activities. If you want to gain some experience, you can join NCC of this college, it might help you with what you want. And sadly there are no social groups or clubs.

The hostel facilities are quite good. Hostels have good cool water every time, they have healthy and clean south Indian food. You will be provided nonveg twice a week. Generally, it will be idli or dosa as your breakfast. It might be a concern for North Indian students as mostly south Indian foods will be served in the hostel. Hostel rooms cost up to 80000 per year for 4 members in a room. If you don't want to hostel rooms you can get lots of pgs and a room near the college side
