Best for placement but lacks infrastructure

The admission process was very much smooth. Anyone can fill the form provided by the Maharashtra government. Not need to improve anything in admission process but there is need to improve in architecture of the building and infrastructure also. Lot of things can be done in the campus. Campus area is very large but only 10-20% land has been used.

I love computer and programming so I chose computer engineering. Faculty is not that much great almost every semester new faculty comes. The time table of exam and difficult are all set by the pune University so college can't do anything.

As mentioned placement is just awesome. One can easily get placed. Students also get the internship opportunity, but I have noticed that many companies give internship but not the ppo offer. And many companies first give you the job and while in college you are asked to do the internship. And many a times head of department also bring the internship for that particular department.

Placement is the main highlighting point of the college. As this college comes under pcet group approx 400 companies come in overall. One can easily get placed. The average package is of 8Lpa. Placement starts from 5th semester and goes till end of the engineering. Means for 4 semester or 2 years. Many mass recruiter are also there like TCS Wipro etc.

If you're not a hostel student then you can easily afford the college fees. But for hostel student it is little bit expensive. if possible to the get a p.g. instead of hostel and also the college mess is not that great.

There are lot of fest and functions going on in the campus throughout the year. Lot of extra curricular activities are there but many students don't participate as they are not compulsory. Library also has some books. But mostly students spend time in reading room only by bringing their own books. Many small small committee are there for different kinds of events

I don't know lot about the hostel. But I can say that the hostel facility is not upto mark and the mess is also not that great. Try to take p.g. instead of college hostel they are way better then hostel and also affordable.
