Internships Opportunities
In the mining branch, the internship is provided by the department. But in another branch, the internship Is not provided by the department..but most students got the internship in DRDO, Railway workshop, etc..in the mining branch Vedanta, Sccl, moil, and many more companies
Placement Experience
The placement is also nice at this college as compared to other govt. college. All the students who passed the 6sem exams are eligible for the campus placement. most of the companies came just after 6sem completion and most of the 2-3months after 6 sem..in mining branch you will get ???? placement...
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is also common as it is..there are 3 types of seats:- 1. TFWS 2. GAS 3. SFS In gas seats, the half fees are paid by the government and in the SFS seat, the fees are fully paid by the students. For girls candidates, the fee is half as compared to boys.
Campus Life
Campus life is so good..there are so many clubs for the students for extracurricular activities. there are sports clubs also. There is a central Library also where you can go and issue the book which you want..almost all the branch's books are available there...so many GARE aspirants also studied there.
Hostel Facilities
The Hostel is not so good. But you can live ..there are 4 messes. All the mess food is good. You can eat where you wish. The timing and rate per diet of mess are also fixed. As compared to the rented room the hostel is so cheap. Every year the Hostel forms are open you can fill them..there are limited seats so everyone will not get it.
