SEMCOM provides the best Course curriculum

The admission process is simple, there is no entrance exam. The eligibility is student need to complete 12th/HSC/Equivalent. The application form is available on the college website. They will charge 500 rupees, which you must pay online to complete the form. The application dates are between April to August. There are some reservation benefits also but I didn't know more about them. The admission process is very simple and easy. If you want to fill out the form yourself then you need to go to the college website the admission form is available there. You need to upload your details, mark sheets, and some other documents as well. After you fill admission form you need to pay 500 rupees to confirm the form submission there are no other additional charges. When your admission is confirmed then you need to pay college fees. The fee structure is different in all courses. In my case, I am doing BCA and my fees are around 50000 per year. Fees can differ in other courses.

The course curriculum is very better than other colleges. There are some additional subjects available which help you a lot. I must say that the course and syllabus are far way better because they provide quality information with good faculties. Most of the faculties are PhDs and some are pursuing and some have done Masters. I choose this course because I have a great interest in the IT field and I want to build my carrier in this industry. The faculty: student ratio is about 1:70. 1 teacher per 70 students. The faculties have good qualifications but in mid of 2022, some good faculties left the college because they find a good package in other colleges so, the faculties are now average. They teach average not at all good as previous faculties. The exam is held on Mid of the semester and at the end of the sem. The Mid sem is Internal and the End sem is an external Exam. To, pass the exam is very easy every question is asked from the provided question bank.

Placements are average not at all good. But you can do further studies or go abroad to build your career. Most o the students go abroad. Only a few students sit in the placements. the highest package is between 150000-200000. I plan to move abroad and do a master's and get a job in the IT industry.

The fee structure is you need to pay the fees before every Internal sem examination, In my case, it is around 24-25 thousand. There is a scholarship as well, you need to contact the clerk of the college for more info. I avail of the scholarship which includes all my college fees for all the 3 years. The fees depend on how many subjects are there in the semester. If there are more subjects the fees may hike around 2-5 thousand and if subjects are less it may decrease the same range. I have taken a scholarship which is provided by the government of my state. The name of the scholarship is Post matric scholarship. I don't know much about Job placement or stipends because due to covid I wouldn't meet my seniors and I don't want to go for placements.

The campus life is great. The college becomes better now because renovation is going on. There are many fests conducted and e enjoyed a lot. Many books are available in the library and students use them well. Classrooms are becoming better now. Sports activities are conducted every year and InterUniversity tournaments are also.
