Remarks

There were jee and nata for the entrance exam with PCM and 50% criteria They had a very smooth admission process there were no difficulties they were very cooperative there are reservation benefits bt my admission is from management therefore I don't have any

Course Curriculum Overview

It was my dream to become an architect Faculty: student ratio is 1:15 approx All the facilities have completed their M Arch and some have completed PhD Term exams are every 6 months we also have our ca1 and ca2 exams in between both terms our faculty help us in the lot for making us understand n they teach very nicely so it that's the reason we can give our papers well

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We have multinational company placements ever for an internship which is been arranged by our faculties Next sem we will go for an internship at that time we would be able to explain it in brief Bt college has taken major efforts for us and even our faculties have taken extra efforts for us

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarships available bt as my admission is from management therefore I don't know much about that There are campus interviews available all thanks to our faculties who took great efforts for that

Campus Life

Campus Life is very interesting we learn many things and have a great time while studying We even have our blog page on social media which is handed by both students and teachers We even have our sports room for Indoor sports and also sports material and a huge ground for outdoor sports

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
