Remarks

Admission to the college was done by CET and marks of JEE/NATA are considered. The admission process was easy. Didn't remember the cut-off. The faculty of the college is very nice and helpful The campus college is also nice Samvedna Maam is a very nice faculty among all of the faculties

Architecture is a very creative and challenging field, the once who are reading this message please don't do the following mistake which I have done in my early years. Please do not bunk or drop Studios for your entire year. If u did then please try to communicate with your faculty before your vivas. Vivas are the most important exam

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Placement Experience

In the field of architecture, you have to search for internships on your own. there are no placements in MMIED's CO. Although it is a good course, but also very challenging. So you should work on your learnings.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the current scenario, the fees can be paid in two instalments, with the first instalment of 50% and the other being 50%. If your financial condition is not well like then you can make a application then they will allow to pay you your fees in more then 2 installments

Campus Life

The Campus of the college is peaceful Also the climate and surrounding of the college in the lohegaon is so lovely. The social life of the college is also nice, but remember you are 3 km away from the main city so if you need something urgently please consider this.

Best Architectural college in PCMC

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. Overall, I liked the course and learned a lot about architecture.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
