Remarks

All together it is a decent college and specially if you are planning to do MBA. A nice Curriculum, but a bit lacking in other activities.

Entrance Preview

UPTU, I was not able to score good, So I got admission through Management quota. Although if you are going to give UPTU and score within 50k, you will get this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

First Year - Basic Knowledge building subjects Common for all the branches. Next 3 years has Stream related subjects, Not a great Curriculum but a good one to get you into a research.

Internships Opportunities

I did my b-tech from IT so it was optional for us to do Internship, rather we have to Submit a working project for that. But some of my friends from other branches did their internship with quite good Stipend.

Placement Experience

3

Below Average, Although some big brands did visit at my time like Birla Soft, Global System, etc and the highest package was around 4 Lakh P. A

College Events

1.5

There was not much of any other activities, like Diwali or Holi celebration or any other festival. But we had Sports Festival and Annual Function every Year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Sorry, It's been quite too long so I don't remember too much about it, but it was round 60 thousand P. A for the tuition fees in first and the second year and around 80k for next two year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not heard about any kind of Scholarship from my College, though they do help in Fee loan facility.

Campus Life

3

Campus life was not that good, lack of competitive activities and practical sessions. Gender ratios was quite good. Workshops were fine. Lack of PDPs and other sessions. There was a little bit of Gender tolerance.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Sorry, I used to travel to college, and never stayed back in hostel. But according to some of my hosteler friend, food was good, but rooms were not that comfortable.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were great, and very supportive. We never had any case of Ragging or any tolerance from Seniors. My experience was great 'cause of my friends and my faculties, I had some great faculty member very supportive and friendly.

Exam Structure

Exam Structure was good, It wasn't hectic. We got plenty of Preparation time, 3 Seasonal per Semester and a final. Labs Exams were only at the time of Final Semester (Internal and External).

Faculty

2.5

Faculty was actually very nice, supportive and friendly almost all of them. Though the teaching standard was not quite up to mark. But still they tried their best to help us out in every aspect.

Placement Experience:

Government organizations like Cisr and Syneos Health are major conglomerate where we are placed. Still with lesser students we are not places that high and it's a shame because such a great university but still placements are in a way less as other branches have. 4-5 lakhs is what offered to Biotechnology students of IILM.

Students of 3rd and 4th year are eligible for placements. More than 150 companies offered 750+ Jobs. Almost 70% of the students in my branch has been placed. Highest package offered was 9PLA and the lowest was 3LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, PTC, Cleartrip, Jinko Contraction, GENX Consultancy Services, Airtel, CIty Union Bank, Emerson, Asix Bank and many more. Some of the students have taken the placement and some of them were invited to internship from 20k stipend to 40k stipend. If the student doesn't get college placement, he need to apply off campus for jobs. I will try to join a good job or start my own startup idea.
