Entrance Preview

MHCET. I scored 91 out of 150 which was average score. As per my preferences I got DY Patil Akurdi pune college but my friend got admission in AVCOE. Considering every factor into consideration, I finally joined AVCOE.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It was fine. It is very good if you compare with other colleges of similar category but standard wise, as this college is not in city, lacks behind in many aspects. Otherwise staff is good, architechture is good, amazing hostel, good food etc etc etc.

Placement Experience

it was nice at my time. Not sure now as recession is at its peak.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was nominal only at my time but I heard later that they increased the fees drastically because of good hostel and new staff.

Admission

Don't remember exactly but yes as I told I got DY Patil Akurdi and finally got admission in AVCOE. Having said that admission process was quite tedious. I personally approached dean of college and requested for admission. Later few professors helped/guided me to correct path and paid the fees that day itself.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.
