There is eligiblilty of all the course and with any stream. Admission process is very easy and simple. You will get a application form the admission office or you can online also. Admission fees is collected at the time of your seat allotment. Fees is diveded into per semester

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B.Com Accounts and finance because I want to become C.A. Our faculty are good and well qualified. Student ratio is about 2:1. There are two types of exam monthly and a semester end examination.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many well known companies and organisations is given for part time or online internship program to students in our college. Stipend of about 7-10 thousand rupees monthly offered by the companies or organisation.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college is little bit higher than other colleges. Total fees of 3 years is about around 2,80,000 including admission fees and exam fees. Our department helps us in doing internship with MNC which is very helpful for us.

There many fest, event and many orientation program has been conducted in our campus. Classroom are well maintained with smart class. Our college conduct many sports programs like Football, Basketball, Chess, etc.

Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.

Best women's college in the heart of Chennai

Placement Experience:

Placements were decent enough. McKinsey, TCS, HCL were one of the top companies. We also had Justdial and few banks that came for recruitment. Average package was around 2.5 lpa. Highest package was by McKinsey - 3 lpa My plans were to pursue MBA, so I didn't apply for placements. McKinsey offered business presentation specialist roles. Just Dial and banks offered customer support roles. 7/10 were placed.

BSA CRESCENT, THE BRUTAL TRUTH

The affordability combined with the half-decent nirf ranking is what made me want to choose this college. One of the ther college i got admission from is Satyabama, which i didnt go through with is partly becuase of how strict the college is, and also because it is slightly more expensive than Crescent. Hindustan and KCG are some of the other i didn't go through with, the reason being their lower nirf rankings. I wasn't rejected from any of the colleges because i only applied to colleges i had a realistic chance of getting in. BS Abdur Rahman has it's own entrance examinations which are conducted 3 times. They dont determine your fees structure, but they do determine the course/department you get. the better you perform at the entrance exam, the more likely you are you get the course of your choosing.
