The admission is based on the marks of the 12th. There is no entrance exam for admission. The application process, form, application fees & application date are available on the College website. I want the whole admission procedure in the online method.

Course Curriculum Overview

Firstly I love the subject very much since my school age. Also, it has a great opportunity for a future career. The student's teacher ratio should be upgraded. The teachers are highly qualified & have good teaching skills. The exams take place on time.

Class Size: 135Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees should be less. The students who came from poor families felt difficulty paying the fees. it should be 5000 less. There are many scholarships are available for the students. The support staff is also gentle in their job.

Campus Life

Our college organized many cultural & social programs. We welcomed the freshers in a grand way. Also, there is an annual Sports & function are organized. In annual sports, more than 500 students participate.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

My bitter-sweet experience about Prabhat Kumar College

To get admission in MA (English) in Prabhat Kumar College, one must have to score more than 60% in graduation level in English and then he will be qualified based on the numbers of available seats. You can find application form, fees and dates from the official website of prabhat Kumar College. For reservation there have some additional scholarships which is 6-12k per year.
