ODM Business School takes students who score more than 55% in the HS. Personal interview was taken by telephone as per the subjects studied in graduation. The student who maintain 60 percent they were benefitted from the 30000 relaxations in fees.

ODM Business School is mostly known for providing Post Shipping Logistic specialization along with HR, Finance, and Marketing. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. Faculty are very highly experienced with more than 15 years of experience with industry exposure. Exams are taken on trimester basis (mid-term and end-term).

Every student got their two months internship program as per their specialization in reputed companies. I had taken retail marketing so I was in Max retail store one of the biggest stores of Max in Bhubaneswar. I learned inventory management, attending to customers, and marketing strategies they used for promoting their brand.

From the 5th trimester students are eligible for campus selection. Companies had come from different sectors like logistics, retail, and banking with an average package of 450000. Almost 85% of the students are placed in reputed companies. My plan after getting the degree is to get placed in a reputed company and after getting the experience I will move abroad.

Students benefitted as per their percentage score in their prior courses like students who score more than 80 percent were given a relaxation of 30000 and the same with the student who scores more than 70% and less than 80 % benefitted with 20000 relaxations and students those who score more than 60% they were benefitted with 10000 relaxations in fees.

ODM Business School believes in celebrating and bringing unity among students like we celebrated Diwali at our campus, and we have many competitions like Rangoli making, ramp work, and fun act competitions. On Holi, we had our food fest competition between students and teachers also we learned how a business is managed on a small scale. Classrooms are spacious with proper lighting and an air conditioner. We had done Swachh Bharat Abhiyan by cleaning our surroundings.

Interview questions were asked on what course we opted for in graduation. Like mine was accounted honors so most of the questions were accounts related. I had googled interview questions related to PGDM along with that I had done a recap of my subjects.
