Remarks

Eligibility of this course is above 60% and above in the 12th standard board exam. I did all my admission processes online. By January, I made my application form ready and paid the application fees online. To make the reservation we have to pay Rs.40,000 in advance which will be a part of college fees. Admission processes are taken in a very smooth way that the administrator will take care of us from the beginning till the end of the payment process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Information Technology as it covers the support, administration, and design of telecommunication and computer systems. There are enough faculties available for the course. All the faculties are well qualified and they teach understandably. Exams were conducted once a month, and also class assessments, seminar sessions, and group discussions are made.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 185000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

During my admission process, I felt cheaper at SRM compared to other colleges as they were asking for donations with the college fees which will not be feasible for our family to offer. Scholarships are available for students above 75%. There are 200+ companies offering placements of packages starting from 2L to 15L per year.

Campus Life

There are many technical and non-technical clubs. Alumni interactions are made often. NSS activities are done once a year. As the campus is small not many sports activities are conducted inside the campus. Campus life is a club organized by our college students for extracurricular activities and they have their IG profile as @srmcampuslife.fet

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

I applied to many college and got selected too from their entrance exam but since i had no idea about counselling form and got wrong guidance from my professor that's why i was got selected in any of the college, i got good score in MHT CET, COMEDK, AIEEE, VIT and in all due to lack of proper guidance i got the seat but in that field which i don't want.
