Although I have a keen interest in the creative field and drawing is my passion and I am creative fashionable dress so I joined this course to make it my profession. There are almost 5/6 faculties for different subjects and they are well educated and well knowledgeable. There are 6 semesters in 3 years.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are fixed course fees in professional courses like fashion designing the total course fees approx 2.5 lac and if you make payment at one time then you have to pay approximately 2.25 lac, and you can pay it in instalments.

Campus Life

There are lots of extracurricular activities that happen every week. There is various kind of program organised in our college like a thinking programme and at the end of the course, there will be a huge fashion show held every 2/3 years.

Well, it's a great curriculum and it provides, internships in their 3rd year, so that we can get the real world experience with different projects. Our college prepares us for the real world applications because In our college there happens many programs seminars to explore our interests They take us outside the campus to observe the society and market area they also take us to different museums and in the end semester they take students to industry visit so that every experience must be given to the students . This is design field so yeah the difficulty level will be high because everyone will be working on the same topic for the exam and must be thinking of making it very unique.

Honest review of a college student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I study interior design and apart from nshm I barely know any college that provide this course. After joining this college I came across my faculties and they were very friendly with me and also the taught us in such a manner that the interest in this course even got better they provide various workshops and site visit that also help us a lot. The design subject itself is very interesting and also the faculties put bits of challenges that even makes us more indulged with the design. Not only we have interior projects we are also given with landscaping projects that has just to understand the exterior works. Also we have vastu and sustainable that helps us with our future works. The all over experience of this course is very nice. The exams are evenly placed in every month that helps us to study with a balanced pace.

Not still placed, I m a first-year student but the college has a good placement record. When I was taking admission I had conversed with many of the seniors and they are quite well placed and the only thing to note is, u might not get an initial high package but you will get exponential growth in your coming years.

It is one of the best design college in India

Remarks:

Its really good. It's not a big campus like IIT, IIM but its unique. Structure of the campus is very unique. We have all the facilities for the design students. I love the campus. No negative remarks for Nift Kolkata.

Remarks:

Amity University kolkata is all on all a good college but totally depends on the need of the students. What a student actually want from the college and so you need to behave the same.The college is a Hi-tech college with good infrastructure and facilities.
