Remarks
I got the seat in this university through EAMCET. The cut off for BCE was around 35000 in 2019 and I was under non local category. In first counselling I selected the option of metallurgical engineering then I got the seat.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to opt different group in B. Tech. So I selected this course. Every semester the Professors will be changing. Qualification of the faculty mostly they are done with their Ph.D. or else PG. Well in exams you can pass if you study all the chapters perfectly.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered with a stipend for example Cognizant.The ask us to do project etc.The internship will be for around 2-3 months. Mostly all companies give training for 3 months on an average after joining. Basically 4th year is all about getting job and doing project. You can improve your overall grade in 4th year by your project.
Placement Experience
From 4-1 students are eligible for campus interviews. Many companies like Accenture, DXC, Cognizant, Wipro, etc visit to this campus. The lowest package will be 4lakh per annum. Approximately 60% of students get placed every year. Many plan is to go for higher studies after B. Tech because my group has lot of oppourtunities if we go for it.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees will not be high. You will get a scholarship if you go through it. You do not have to pay a single penny. Just you should pay for the examination fee. Campus interviews takes place in 4th year. If you have knowledge and skills you will get a job. The fee structure will be yearly wise.
Campus Life
Life in campus will be good. You can start clubs or can organise any workshops. The faculty will support you in this. Yearly one fest will be there for all the B. Tech students. Where many programmes are conducted. Many websites and groups are run by students. Sports competitions are also held in JNTU. Students get many benefits through this and they get a chance to play at state level too. You can find any kind of books in the library. Journals are also available.
