Eligibility for admission:- For B.E/B.TECH- One should in 10+2 have 55% in general And obc category, for sc/st category minimum 45% must be considered for admission in all streams of engineering. all have to attend the counselling and must be an allotment to this college held in July or august For a diploma, one should have 3 years of diploma from the polytechnic college and be admitted to 2nd year of b.e/BTech For ME/M.TECH:- One must be GATE qualified in their particular branch and attend dte counselling. There is also a no-gate round in counselling held in October and November

Course Curriculum Overview

All faculty members are from IITs and NITs, and they are gold medalists. They all have adequate knowledge in their subjects that are required in their higher studies too. Exams are happening in June and December.

Internships Opportunities

Internships at PSU like NHAI are provided. Seminars are conducted for students to place and decide their future in a successful field. Internships for coding languages are provided for CS/IT students in such IT industries

Placement Experience

From the 6th or 7th sem students are eligible for campus placement. For cs, it and ec branches' good placement comes from college and they provide an average of 3lpa package to students. The highest package is 12 LPA and the average package is 3pla.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of BTech is 20,000 per year for all 4 years of course duration. The fee structure for MTech is 22,301 per year for all 2-year course duration. Scholarship of 30000 for obc and 35000 for sc/st is provided.

Campus Life

Every year colleges organize annual functions and call various artists for singing programs fresher parties and farewells are organized. Many celebrities are invited to entertainment programs. All year college invites many celebrities like kk, ar Rahman.

Placement is not quite good .From 3rd semester student become eligible for placement.In my batch only 3 company visited and hardly 5 to 6 placement were made.Highest was 8.9 and lowest was 2.My plan is to work on good sectir where i can grow

The placement starts coming at the end of 6th sem or beginning of 7th. You can expect around 15-20 companies to visit. Recently there have been visits by carwale, quantiphi, cognizant, Cape Gemini, Infosys, Kfintech, TCS. All of them had their packages in the range 6-8 lpa. Highest packages reach around 20LPA for a handful of students as one of a good company might visit Like Intuit, Zscaler, Deustche Bank While obviously some students crack off camps and recieve even better options 60-70 percentage of students can get placed here My plans are doing Masters incase I don't get a good enough job.

There are lots of student apply for placements once in a time few got placed but company like tsc capgemeni took mass hiring from college. In 7 or 8 semesters students was allowed to sit in placemnet. Studnets are placed in company got joinning in short perioud of time abd they also provide offer letter to them. In the placement drives student can be eligible in the last semester of the course and there is no particular company that visit regularly because the college has no tie-ups with the companies but management tries to conduct the placement drives with random companies. who offers a maximum of 180000/year. UEC UJJAIN - Average, Affordable college with a govt tag

Admission process to Uec is done through jee score through mpdte counselling. Once you are allotted a seat here you need to physically visit the college in 3 days of time and confirm your admission. It's a very easy and quick process. Cutoff scores through jee depends branch to branch. For Cse, Ece you need 80+ percentile and for the lower branches like chem, civil you can get them at even 20-60 percentile. The other college i got into was MITS GWALIOR i was getting ece there but based on the city and moving out process didn't work out as I'm a ujjain resident so uec was local for me. If i would've got into even a pretty decent private college like vit, manipal, symbiosis I'd have chosen that over getting an admission here definitely...Read More
