Unforgettable Memories

As said throughout the review overall experience with our university was great, it was not too bad not too good. In short it was average experience of life were we learnt to tackle or manage conditions were we resources are adequate but still best can be achieved with it. I am sure this experience was beneficial to every alumni of this university in day to day life.

College Entrance Test. approximately scored 60/100. The admission process considered of personal interview and document verification based on merit list. I have opted computer science and application course

At par my side the course was semi-structured not too good not to bad. The course little bit older to current industrial trend but still it was better to other colleges it would go into the depth of basics. The foundation of course was great considering the fact that current industrial trend was far more advanced. In all it was great experience to grasp advanced techniques easily as basics were more powerful.

As i mentioned there was no grant from UGC, It was under process and still its in process till date. The internship was not provided from university but the faculty and other members would manage those at personal level for the students.

Placements and Jobs were provided by college at some level that is the frequency was ok compare to others. Job fairs and exhibitions were organised to help students to show there talent and companies could hire those talents.

Several events and days were celebrated in our university. the common events would be freshers day, traditional day, send off, and many more. The study tours and trips were also organised by the university which helped us to interact with faculty and other students. The study events like quiz competitions, project presentation, and get together's well also arranged by students.

Fee structure was heavy for lower middle class level students as grant was not there. Students had to pay heavy fee's. But considering there set back for grant university had instalment facility for all students. also there was a special facility to earn and learn for students those who are unable to pay fees and manage there expenses. It was a great facility by university which differed them from other colleges and universities

Scholarships and rewards were available in our university, but the drawback was that only reserved class could get more benefit even if there merit was low. the scholarships were allotted at the time of convocation only rather than timely bases. it was another drawback of it.

The study tours and trips were also organised by the university which helped us to interact with faculty and other students. The study events like quiz competitions, debates, group discussion, expert guidance, project presentation, and get together's well also arranged by students. The campus of university was beautiful it was spread over few hundreds of acres. overall the balance with gender was seen throughout the department and also with hostels. There was also a strict rule and law for ragging cases from university and government as well.

First of all our university is biggest in our region so it had several canteen's inside and street food outside the university. so as far as food is considered it was easily available to students with reasonable rates and quality of food was awesome. The plus point of the canteen's was they allowed us to eat the tiff in's in canteen unlike professional which was great.

Special Get together's were arranged by our senior students so that the freshers can interact with them and share the knowledge, experience, and problems in relevant study. This kind of arrangement helped new ones to get brief idea about the current industry trends and helped them to mould there study to that particular trend.

Exam structure considered of theory and practicals. for theory there was semester pattern and practicals were merged with each of it. but we have to score separately for each of them then only one could qualify the exam. it helped us to study both theory and practicals thoroughly. Also mid test were organised which would be added at the time grand total helped students to score marks and improve there merit.

After Bachelors degree there was an entrance test for getting admission to this university. The syllabus for this entrance was CSAT and bachelor's degree portion. After entrance there was merit based on reservation. To get the admission 55 to 60 marks would be considered as safer side and I was on the edge, and merit was of 70 plus. There were rounds for admission based on the capacity of class, 3 rounds would full fill the it. for the round there was a personal interview and document verification and admission was confirmed.

Faculty for the course theoretical rather than practical. As i told in my previous review that there basics were more powerful so there was easy to grasp advanced techniques to match with current industry trends. The faculty was qualified but as there was no grant for the computer field from UGC so the infrastructure and labs were underdeveloped but still the faculty did there best to full fill needs of the students at there level.
