Course Curriculum Overview

I love computers and I wish to learn more and more about computers.so I choose this course. The faculty members are so nice here. They are knowledgeable and provide brief information about the subject and teach in a very nice way using simple examples. All the facilities are M.tech degree holders some of them are Ph.D. holders. Exams are timely according to the academic calendar and they are not difficult at all. what the teacher teaches in class is on the exam.

Class Size: 214Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Placement Experience

After the 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements There are 150+ companies. The highest package that is ever given is 42lakhs per annum and the lowest is 4 lakhs per annum. Roundabout 40% of students got placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good. The fee of CSE is 130000 per annum which is very high. They provide concessions for some students which they choose according to their academic records and financial conditions. The scholarship they root for Himachal Pradesh students is NSP.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is TechFest and it is conducted in the month of February. You can find any book related to your subject. There are books worth Rs 3 crore. If you are a player then they also organised sports functions in which you can participate. There is a page on Instagram named Rayat Bahry University.

Overall decent college but need several improvements

Placement Experience:

Students in semester 7 become eligible for placements. Tcs , aacenture , josh technology geneally visits our college. Previous year from a batch of 60 students. 30 students were placed . The highest package was of 10 lpa provided by josh technology and average package is 4lpa provided by tcs. Mostly 60-70 % students are placed in companie during placements. After getting degree i plan doing masters from iit . I have applied for gate exam for masters and preparing for it.

Remarks:

College campus is good. Teaching is also good. Campus is located at a green place, pollution free. Approx 2000 students study in our college campus. College management is very strict about study. They want each student at campus on time.

Students choose Rayat Bahra University for its affordable fee structure, good scholarship opportunities, focus on practical learning and proximity to cities like chandigarh. The variety of courses and industry-oriented programs also make it a preferred choice. About other college which I applied for failing to meet the eligibility criteria or cutoffs . Limited seats and high competition in entrance exam. Admission process of RBU for BCA is must have passed 10+2 at least. Specific relaxation is provided for SC/ST categories.
