Sir Chottu Ram Institute of Engineering and Technology is an extendend branch for engineering which comes under Chaudhary Charan Singh University, CCSU, Meerut campus. Its a State University. So To apply for this above mention you need to atleast qualify 12th and have clear the entrance examination (UPTU). From 2021 the university has drop the state entrance examination and opt for jee main for entrance in up colledges. To get addmission you need to sit for counselling. Which will be done under AKTU Or UPTU. You can get reservation benefits according to UP govt. Resevation policy. You can also get addmission through lateral entry. You can get application form under UPTU and other details under AKTU. Application fees or i must say counselling seat fees is 2000 I think. May be fees has been revised. I am pursuing BTech in CSE because I had my interest develop in this field. The student faculty ration in our clg is quite good as compared to other clg it's 1:70. The qulification varies in our clg as many teacher over here are phd holders, some qualify from IITs, NITs, other reputed clg. The exams enviournment over here is quite appriciatable as our Institute doesn't load us with load of exam.

Companies like TATA Consaltancy Service, Capegemini, Capital Via, white hat jr., and etc. Their any many projects completed by my senior under companies their are many seniors of mine working in back end and front end.

From 4th sem you are eligible for internship and training process. Their is Capital Via, Capgemini, TATA, White hat jr. And etc. Highest package offered is 250000 and avg package is around 600000 per annum. Nearly every student who take part in placement week gets placement. I don't wanna disclose my plan.

The cost of study is very nominal being state University as it's 85000 per year in which 5000 is security and returned. The fees hike is rarely seen in our Institute. The up govt. Provide cgpa based scholarship in our Institute to our students to the families whose yearly income is less than 300000. You can sit for internship in Institute.

Our fest is named CONVERGENCE (CVG). Which organised in may or September according to convinience. Their our many university newspaper and students corner inside them. Our Institute infrastructure is well equiped with wifi, ventilation and etc. Their is regular hostel sports competition and branch sports events. Their is social grp and clubs name 'Student Concious Club', Tech clubs and many more for every activites run by students.

Our hostel room is fully ventilated, equipped with wifi, aro, water coller, standard washrooms and etc. The mess facility is quite acceptable, good and sanitized. The university provide hostel whose registration start after admission process. Our campus has 6 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel big enough for every students accomodation. You can also get accomodation outside in nominal rates which start from 2000 to 6000 between these you can get good rooms. So for accomodation their is no problem in our campus.
