Remarks

Good admission process, no extra charges, friendly while admission, and informative. Good for majoring in computer science and information technology. Would have been better if they were upfront about TAP cell fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

1 faculty to 30 students. Clean classroom and labs but teach the outdated curriculum. As most companies are using newer technologies. The first three semesters are useless as they are nothing related to computer science.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are good. A lot of companies come for hiring students. Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Nagarro, RWS, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. And companies hire a lot of students but the package provided is okay which can be a trouble if you're gonna live in cities like Pune, or Bangalore, as these cities are costly.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are okay as other institutes are also charging the same amount. NSP, AICTE, and state scholarships are available. An extra amount of 10k is charged for training and placement cell which is useless as it is free in other colleges.

Campus Life

Many clubs are there, like literature club, music club, robotics club, etc. But weren't informed about them till the third year. Two websites are run by the department one for attendance and registration, the second for assignments, online classes, and curriculum.

Is MITS Gwalior Worth It?

Placement Experience:

Plcaments are the best compared to top tier 2 college average this year is 22 lpa and the highest is 84 and the lowest is 8.5lpa and median is 14 which i think is not good as compared to other year i know it will improve but many companies are still visiting till now 84 percent have been placed
