Remarks

We get admission here through CET Examination, to get admission 50+ above percentile is required. Teachers are well qualified. Reservation availed by student are OBC, SC, ST, TFWS. The campus of college is very big and the atmosphere is also healthy .

The cut of my Branch was 70%. Faculty student Ration is 1:15 , Teacher are very qualified and very knowledgeable and very supportive in nature , there is an time to time examination is taken by institute and difficulty to pass the examination is medium .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of college is very good it is divided into 3 part and we get the instalment also in fees , and there is an opportunity for the different scholarship and the average costing of placement is 4.5LPA.

Campus Life

There are lots of function taken by the collage and each and every month carries different activities and there are lots of books available is library and sports event is also conducted by the collage it self .

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
