Remarks

GMR Institute of technology in Rajam is a very good campus in Andhra Pradesh. This is the best college for placements. It has a digital library for study purposes and it has also had a good teaching staff.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I am interested in electrical and electronics engineering department future is full of electrical vehicles so that why I choose the course. The faculty and student ratio is 1:2. The teaching method is a virtual mode and offline mode.

Placement Experience

The campus placements are a very crucial role in the college. 2022 relieved batch got so many placements almost 500 plus students got placed in different types of companies. almost 50 per cent of the companies are software companies 10 per cent of companies are core companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is very huge compared to other colleges. We have some scholarships from the government like social justice and empowerment. I got a job in Infosys and 3 months internship with a stipend of 12000 and the salary package is 3.5 Lakshana per annum.

Campus Life

Every year we are conducting a huge fest it's called as GMR step cone. All of the activities were performed during the fest. The availability of the books in the library is a very good and very good atmosphere on the campus

Placement Experience:

Placements start from 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro visit with decent offers. Average package is good and many students get placed. After my degree, I plan to enter the tech industry.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.

Placements are good in our college and the Teachers said that all the information when give career guidance how to attend our interviews in placements time and how to crack a exam percentage of student is based on 7.5 CGPA must be included and my plans after degree to get a job and improve my skills and go further.
