Entrance Preview

At my time admissions were without an entrance exam. Though they took an English exam before course commenced. The admission process was smooth. This college provided its students with the latest technology.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college or I should say University provided students internship. I can not recall the companies as many were from management background. It used to give an internship to students in its any department

Placement Experience

At my time as the recession was going on very few placements occurred. Though companies visited our campus but they hired very few. Many students got hired through Job fair organized by other universities or colleges. It also organized its massive Job fair which recruited many students. Companies like Tata Motors, Renault-Nissan, ITC, Tata Elxsi etc visited our campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship and loan facility both are available now. One can avail loan from bank university do support it. Scholarships are there for students who scored well in 10+2. Loans from college management are also supported.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities were terrific. One can opt for two-seaters, three seaters, four seaters or a five seater room. Two seaters had AC in them. While others had coolers. Geysers were there in each room. Separate bathroom and toilets for each room. Wifi was available in each room. The mess was good. The food was good to eat.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

As I am in the 1st semester so I don't know deeply about it but till now it's going in a proper way as the course is same as the common course of a 1st year. The course is just similar to the course which I studied in my Academics.

Exam Structure

Exam structure overall is the best. We get the results very fast. Exams were held twice in a semester. Midterm exams carrying 50 marks and end term exams carrying 100 marks. Labs were evaluated on weekly basis so during end terms or final viva labs were not the thing to worry.

Faculty

The faculty was very good. The Faculty over there focuses on each and every student. Always ready to help. Teachers used to share their own experiences, share extra updated knowledge regarding the subject. The specialized faculty was hired by the management. What I felt over there was that faculty or our teachers they were under more pressure than us. As management used to review them based on the performance of their classes/students.

Ajeenkya DY Patil's honest review

I first opt for Mitwpu at Pune which is very famous for its management course and i did got selected but due to the reputation and fees structure I rejected it. And then through Sunstone I selected this college As it was nearby And also quite popular and holds great reputation. This college is very famous for Dental Medical and engineering studies. I believe they can improve Management part of the college in upcoming days. This college holds the personal examination and we can also entered to see you CUET or other exams. Some student has also taken direct admission which cost them quite a lot of money. Eligibility criteria same as other school Or rather colleges. This quality is quite strict about its attendance. If a student is looking for just fun and less study then this college is not suitable for them they can go for other colleges such as Symbiosis or MIT wpu Ajinkya where as conducts minimal activities and events so that student will stay focused at the studies and have minimum...Read More

To take the admission in Ajeenkya D.Y. Patil college, firstly you have to give an entrance test whic is named as MBA CET.
