Entrance Preview

I gave the JEE Main entrance exam and shortlisted in the cutoff of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

According to me, B.Tech is very hectic schedule degree which have so much theory and technical subjects which is not managed by the students. Teachers focused on the technical subject instead of theoretically things

Internships Opportunities

It has a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell with all modern facilities to conduct the campus placement activities.

Placement Experience

The company visits the campus for placements on the allotted date and conducts its final selection procedure

College Events

3.5

I am a student of the IT sector and I need to know how to use the things in a technical manner but in my college, there have no organized any guest lecture, any technical lecture like java classes, SQL Server Database lectures etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of my college is very nice. The total fees for my course lie between 2-3 lakhs which are suitable for me.

Fees and Financial Aid

It provides scholarships on the basis of Merit list.

Campus Life

4.5

It has world class infrastructure, best for its highly talented faculty, high-achieving students and its outstanding placement records.

Hostel Facilities

Excellent hostel with the best possible facilities is available for boys and girls separately. They provide various facilities like Well- furnished rooms, Clean homely environment, Indoor & Outdoor games facilities, Fresh hygienic food, and Common room for students

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.

Campus Life & Culture – The vibrant student community, extracurricular activities, and networking opportunities stood out. 4. Placement & Internships – Strong industry connections and placement statistics reassured me of good career prospects. 5.
