No entrance exams were taken the admission process was held according to the marks of the students that they scored in 12. The college is just looking to pass the students not looking to give them all the knowledge that they need to make a career in this field
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I m very curious about technologies I really like and wanted to know how the software works and how are they able to interact with hardware. The faculty is not as good as other colleges like NIT, DU etc. Students have basically taken this course to just get a degree and do nothing with it. Most of the faculties have just done master's MCA and some of them are just done BSC in computers. Exams were held regularly but the questions were not difficult. But completing the questions was a TDS job as they ask us to write 5 pages for each question
Fees and Financial Aid
The total amount of accruing BCA in DCA college is around 34000 yearly which we have to pay in two instalments. There is no scholarship provided by the college. The scholarship that students got last year was from the government
Campus Life
The college has more focus on other activities like fest and annual functions than studies. Therefore the functions are organised regularly and they are good at it. DCA college has a library and they have all the books that we need. The college also organised a sports activity in college which had several sports in it. It was fun.
