Full detailed review of Banasthali Vidyapith

There was an entrance exam conducted in offline mode at that time. Ranking was done on basis of both 12th exam results and the entrance exam results combined. One can find the application form for entrance exam on the official website of Banasthali Vidyapith. One has to fill the form both online and offline, meaning after filling the online form you need to download the forms present there and fill them with all the details asked, then courier the form on the address given in instructions. There is no reservations on the basis of cast but the students who have studied in Banasthali previously are who have a close relative working there, do get priority in counselling process.

Faculty of Banasthali is very good and qualified as far as B. Tech is concerned, they are always available for your help. Most of the teachers are PhD and have good knowledge of their fields. And the exams are conducted on the dates provided on the academic calendar every year. Exam are not very difficult and someone who has attended classes seriously and regularly can easily score good marks

The same companies that visit for placement also visit for internships with the same roles of data analyst and software engineering (SDE). There are major projects done during the time of internship and there is a minor project assigned in 3rd year of college which is compulsory

Placements of Btech is very good. A lot of companies visit the campus and students are allowed to sit in placement exams from 7th semester. In 6th semester students sit for 2 months internship exams. Companies like Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, American express, Accenture, TCS, Bajaj Barclays etc. visit the campus every year. Offers provided are for profile like SDE and data analyst. The highest package is provided by Flipkart that is of 29lakh CTC and average package is of 10 lakhs. About 90% students were placed last year. I am also planning to take placement after my graduation.

Fee per year is approximately 2 lakh which comprises of everything, hostel, mess, tuition fee exam fee and everything. There are scholarships available but one needs to give an exam and quality a interview round to avail the scholarship. Campus placements are also very good.

Infrastructure of the old departments is not very good but the departments that are constructed recently are very beautiful and well furnished. There are many clubs in our college. There are clubs for different branches and there is also a 5-fold activity part in our college which provides facilities to learn different dance forms, singing in different regional languages in India, and many other things. There are also many sports available which have some common once like basketball, football, badminton, etc. And some unique once like gymnastics, aerobics, horse riding, swimming etc. There is an annual fest organized by Banasthali in the month of November, and there are many tech fests organized by students of different clubs from February to April. There is a central library that has a wide range of books available. The departments also have their own libraries the contain books of their particular branch.

Hostels provided are very spacious and good. They have a bed, a cupboard and a table with many big cabinets provided to every student. Most of the hostels provide 3 seater rooms, some have 1, 2 and 4 seater rooms also available. Food provided is very good and a lot better than most of the hostels all over India, they always have a spicy and non-spicy option available. There is no separate hostel registration process it is available in the admission form itself. There is no PG facility available so students have to take hostels only. Only exception case is if someone lives with their family near the Vidyapith campus then they can study as a day-scholar there.
