Remarks
The admission process in our college is very easy. The admission staff is very polite. One can find application form easily on the college website and also take it from the college itself. I think that the college website should not crash during admission process as during my time the website got crashed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of my interest in it and due to high scope in future in this course. Faculty to students ratio in our is around 1:40 which quite up to mark. The faculty in our college is highly qualified. Many of our faculty is MTech and IIT graduate. The teaching method is quite good and one can easily grab the knowledge from it. The exam is taken each month and one can easily pass in it but it may depends according to subject.
Internships Opportunities
Once can avail internship from the 3rd semester and one can do internship from different companies such as Cognizant, TCS, IBM, etc. and our CRC department also help us to get internship for our students. And our college has also a type up with IIT Guwahati and which offers courses in Data science, machine learning, Internets of things (IOT),etc.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible from 6th-7th semester for college placements. There are many companies that comes to our college and recruit many students and such companies are Wipro, Cognizant, IBM, TCS etc. The highest package previous year was 21 lakhs and the average package was around 5-6 lakhs. Around 70% students get on campus placement and others apply for higher degree such as MBA or MTech. My plans after the getting the degree is to crack gate exam and to do MTech from good college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees in our college is quite economical and one middle class person can easily afford it. And there are scholarship in our college for the students which came from financially disabled family and it can easily be avail from registrar office. And the CRC department helps students to get job on campus.
Campus Life
The fest in our college happened on a regular intervals of one month and there are many societies for students and the popular one is Yatrikoom. The college issues us book from the library so that students doesn't need to buy new one. Our library is well equipped. The classroom are equipped with AC and have the facility of water cooler also. Our school organizes inter college sports fest once in a year.
