My collage life experience

There are two types of ways to get admission to Hindustan college of science and technology one is through the UPTU/AKTU exam (counseling) in which you have to score some decent rank to get shortlisted and another way is by management but it only has 5-10% of total seats. There are so many technical courses like (Computer science, Civil, Mechanical, Electronic Communication, etc ) engineering. There is also the scholarship for students but you only get it by giving the AKTU counseling exam.

I choose computer science and engineering course because I like computers and there is so much scoop of computer science and most likely it will increase in future. The faculty is well qualified and knowledgeable and very helpful. Their teaching methods are very good. There are 120 students are in the computer science and engineering branch. There are three exams were held two Monthly and one preuniversity exam .and after that their semester-end exam.

Every student is eligible after 6 sem to get the job. Every student is placed in core companies. Many companies visit the campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. The average package offered by the companies is 5 lakhs. Almost every student is placed accept for those who want to pursue higher studies.

In the first year the fee is 1,24,000 rs in which the book bank, and collage dress were included. In the second year and thirty fees are reduced to 1,00,800rs.In the final year, the fees are reduced to 99,300 rs. You will get the scholarship of you to get above 90%marks in every sem.

In our college, the annual fest's name is Gyan Jyoti in which there are several competitions were occur. The competition was mainly divided into technical, nontechnical, and sports. They are generally conducted in March. The library is very big and we'll be equipped with every type of book you need. There were many clubs also present in the college.

There are two boys' hostels and one girls' hostel. The hostels were near the main building of the college. The fees for a hostel depend on which type of room you were taken in you choose sharing room you have to pay 68,000rs and if you choose a single room then you have to pay 73000 rs. There is an internet facility, 24hrs electricity, water were present in the hostel. The mess is also good.
