Course Curriculum Overview

Our course structure is very good in our mechanical engineering we had practical knowledge of design subject, heat subjects etc also we had done a project on Design and manufacturing Of Racecar Chassis and we have also done the analysis for it. We had very good experience of the project.

No there is no internship in our college. As the college is having the curriculum of Pune university so there is no onternahip.

Yes there is campus placement in our college the companiea like Tata Consultancy Services, Godrej, Bentley, Mahindra and Mahindra. The pacakages that they have provided are 3.33 lacs by tcs, 4.2 by bentley, 2.4 by mahondra and mahindra.

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. I have applied for various colleges such as coep, pict, vjti, vit, walchand and sinhgad but because of least score in cet I got rejected. So I have applied for the colleges that were in my cutoff such as amrut vahini, sanjivani, kk wagh, and pvg nashik but i have opted for amrut vahini on the top from these colleges because amrut vahini gives me better options over the placement opportunities. admission process is simple.
