Remarks

The minimum qualification for a B.ed course is student should be graduate in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks. The maximum age limit is around 35 years. Few students from our batch were post graduates also. The final merit list is prepared based on the IPU CET score. The admission process is easy but it's difficult to select where to take admission. I have not availed of any reservation benefits during admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

College faculty are fine. They provide support in all activites apart from teaching also. Teachers help with finding internships and placements also. They always give solutions to your problem with a smiling face. There is a total four-term exam which is conducted every 6 months as per the rules of the university. I chose this course because I want to become a teacher.

Fees and Financial Aid

Colleges do not facilitate such scholarships or loans. Yes, college helps you to get a loan from banks. For scholarship college help to apply on a university or goverment website. The total fees for two years B.ed courses are around 190000. The cost of study here is average.

Campus Life

4.5

The college has almost every things from infrastructure apart from the big parks. They have all the basic amenities like hot and cold water for all sessions, air-conditioning and a fan with proper ventilation, a canteen, medical room, big library, etc. There were lots of extracurricular activity are conducted in college based on different themes. The college has a very good computer lab also.

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.
