Remarks

After completion of my diploma, I have written ecet examination and I allocated a seat in gvp college in branch information and technology. Am came from the backward class BC category. So I allocated seats under this quota. During the entrance examination, I paid the application fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am very much interested in information and technology so I have chosen this course in order to learn the coding languages. Apart from that in this college every year we have 2 semesters in that mid exams and final exams will be seen. The passing exams were not very difficult.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for me in this college is 65000 In that goverment paid 35000 every year remaining I will pay from my pocket. The government paid under the category of fee reimbursement. I received a scholarship from govt every year. Regarding financial assistance, I think college is offered for merit students.

Campus Life

Fests are conducted every year and many events are present on those days. The library is a little bit small only a reasonable quantity of books are available. Coming to part sports we have indoor and outdoor games and ground for playing cricket and volleyball.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.

The reason why I chose this particular college is, it is one of the top colleges in my city. As of me I'm an extreme introvert, so I can't mingle between people easily. So joining in a women's college made me less tensed. I have applied to other colleges like Gayatri vidya parishad college of engineering (autonomous), Raghu college, MVGR college and many more colleges in my city. I've got confirmed in only GVPCEW. Yes, i was rejected from the other colleges that I've applied and the reason was because of my eamcet rank. I wasn't able to get a good rank in my eamcet exam so i got rejected by the other colleges. The admission process is simple, we have to submit the required documents. There is no particular eligibilty for our college. Best for discipline and education

I have applied to other colleges like Gayatri Vidya parishad college of engineering autonomous which is our parent college and Pragati engineering college . I have got admission into Gayatri Vidya parishad college of engineering for women. I have kept option of other colleges as they are autonomous when compared to our college . But now ours is always autonomous. Admission into the college is through entrance test called EAPCET by counselling and the rank we obtained will decide to go to which college .
