I am a student of B.Tech Computer Science, The 55% marks require to take admission to BTech CSE Branch, College is best in the Ropar region. The admission process is simple, crack the JEE advance, get the rank, approach to college admission helpline number. visit college with original documents and take admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love computers and there are good faculties of Computer Science, I explore this college before my JEE exams. and I got a good review from my seniors! The ratio is faculty: student is 2:60. All faculties members are highly qualified. They are a very deep knowledge of their subjects. I think if you looking for a good college in Chandigarh/ Mohali/ Panchkula. IT is the best option.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies visiting our campus! some are good companies to pay a smart stipend. I worked in Chandigarh based company as Andriod Developer, I got a 16,500/- per month stipend. I got a good placement in Chandigarh. Thanks to the IET Bhaddal placement team!

Placement Experience

Mostly, companies visit for placements after your 6 semesters. Some MNCs, as well as Chandigarh Based Companies, visit campus regularly. One of my seniors got the highest package, settle in Bangalore! IET Bhaddal's placement is good.

Fees and Financial Aid

BTech or any other fees are strictly followed by AICTE, PTU norms. We never face any fees hike problems during the course. There are a number of scholarships available for deserving students. you can directly consult /contact the scholarship department for further information, the Staff are very helpful.

Campus Life

There are many functions/events organised. The library is good. many syllabus books/journals, magazines are available. More than 20k books. sports meet organised on every semester, mostly in Sep/Oct. and Feb/March. We have a photography/dance/ artists group. I would like to add, the placement department is very active.

Interview Experience

Seminars, webinars, Events are organised every week and month. Events are more enjoyable moments. IET Bhaddal is doing such activities on regular basis. I love to be part of IETian. As I think, Students can secure their career to take admission in B.Tech CSE.

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult

Curriculum is okayish. It has all the standard subjects but teaching method is very boring. Teachers just read from books. I picked this course purely for interest in coding but the college makes it feel like burden sometimes. Exams are predictable. Previous year papers are enough to get good marks.
