Remarks

Any 12th pass candidate is eligible for the course, the application form is available on the college website i.e. bvucoep.edu.in and is of 1500 INR only. The entrance exam is conducted online through the remote proctored exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the professors are PhD and have 6-7 years of teaching experience, all the labs are well equipped with the latest equipment. We have our exams semester wise and exams are moderately difficult.

Internships Opportunities

The internship starts from Sem 5 (3rd year) and we have an internship cell in college which is in collaboration with the biggest internship provider Internshala and many others. Every year each student has to make a mini project which helps to get the fundamentals more clear.

Placement Experience

From Sem 6 students are available for placements, and 96% students are placed every year which is one of the best thing of our college. Last year Highest package is of 1200000 per annum and lowest was 400000 per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are the same for consecutive 4 years, I paid 1,20,000 in the year 2020 and my juniors paid, 1,60,000 in 2021 which is quite affordable as speaking of pursuing engineering from private colleges nowadays.

Campus Life

BHARTIYAM (annual tech fest) is held in the months of October - November every year that includes various technical and cultural programs. All course books are available in the library and are free to use on the college library card. We have clubs like LEO CLUB, NSS CLUB, ROTARY CLUB, ETSA and many others in our college.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
