Entrance Preview

I appeared for Rajasthan PET (RPET) which is part of AIEEE now. I secured 372 rank. I was getting Electrical branch in nearby colleges but NIT-Trichy is best engineering college not only for learning but also for personal development which is why i opted for for Civil Engineering in NIT - Trichy.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very simple, easy to understand and effective. Main focus was understanding the basic and laying strong foundation. Which makes most student successful in long run.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, professor offers challenging intern project which help us to understand and learn latest technologies. These improve our knowledge area also. and yes stipends also paid accordingly.

Placement Experience

Placement & job opportunity are best in this college. Every time more than 100% placement. NIT-Tichy is known for its placement. All best and well knowns company visit NITT for placement.

College Events

Supports technical, cultural festivals. regular departments symposium, technical fest are such kind of example. Where student from various colleges are also invited to participate.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes all banks support student loan with minimum rate of interest and easily accessible. So can avail this facility also.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

About My University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I influenced by my friends who joined in this course ,later on I adjusted with it ,the curriculum prepares students in which they are capable to understand in their own way with which they build up projects and expos and many more events conducted by the other collages to participate in it. It is a tough situation to deal with it because the minimal gap between the sessionals is 1.5 month so for students it a stress to cover the syllabus of all subjects and with project works etc.
