The Sittings accross the campus is really student friendly
Canteens were supper affordable for students for food accessibility

Dislikes

The cordination given by management of college, They were so rude all the time idk y

Course Curriculum Overview:

Literature gave me insights to the history and a different pov on the situations happened Literature sharpens the thought process we can have in real world scenarios which are quite unique tbh. Its just too much of theory, if could update it and make it somehow relavent to today situation, it would be fun learning it

SPC from a TYBA students POV

Likes

Kalamandal (like theatre club), it’s a different world and it’s magical.
December to March is the college fests time and it’s super lively and fun
Psychology, Sociology & Philosophy departments have amazing professors. They’re smart, helpful and actually care for their students

Dislikes

Except for Psyc, Socio& Philo other departments are awful specially the English department. The HOD herself speaks horrible English and doesn’t even know any books of jane Austin besides pride and prejudice.
The toilets are horrible and never clean and are barely open even. The canteens are also okayish at most.
The management and accounts department are horribly slow

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's good, it's fun and I enjoy it. It changes every sem and that's why we also get to explore more of the subjects. It also depends on the professor tho. First year is to chose 6 different subjects and explore. Then second year you get to choose one major and two minors. Major are then divided into 3 parts, the 2 minor subject are elaborated and one compulsory subject which is English, this continues for third year. There are 2-3 additional subjects that change every sem too like PE, EVS, etc.

Good infrastructure, Average faculty.

I applied for 3 colleges, Dayanand college, Latur, Cocsit College, Latur and Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalay, I got rejected by Dayanand and Cocsit because I didn't appear MHT-CET exammination. The Maharashtra Government passed a rule that made CET compulsary for BCA addmissions. Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidhyalay was taking addmissions solely on the basis of HSC exam results. The addmission process was simple. Log-In to the college website, apply for addmissions by filling a form and paying 100/- as fees of registeration. The eligibility of the addmission was a short-list based on HCS exam percentage. The addmission experience was seamless for short-listed students....Read More
