Remarks

This course can be done after 10+2 both. After 10 standards it is of 3 years and after 12 it is of 2 years only. The application Form is available on the Sarkari Result website. And the cost of this form is only 300 rupees. Application dates to fill this form is around 1 month in which the students can fill this form anytime within the month. The admission process is very easy, students have to follow just some simple steps to take the admission. So there is no any improvement required in the Admission process.

I had chosen this course because I want to be an Electrical Engineer and this is the best college in Gorakhpur for the engineering degree. The ratio of students and faculty members is overall good. Here, every staff members and teachers are highly qualified with a high-level degree in their respective fields Exams are taken after every semester in which it is compulsory to pass the exams to promote in the next semester otherwise student will have to study in the same semester again.

In this college, the fee is very affordable for every student. It is just around 19K rupees which can be paid for by every student very easily and students can get quality education at an affordable price. Students also get scholarship before the end of the year through which they can take their admission in the next year. Through this scholarship, needy students of this college get financial assistance to continue their education further.

Campus Life

Maharana Pratap Polytechnic College Fests generally begins in the mid of the year and it continues only for 1 month and sometimes less than it. This college also organizes some sports activities after the admission of new students in the 1st year. And there is no social group, clubs, or websites run by the students in this college but there is an official website ( polytechnic.ac.in ) which is run by the college itself.

Our study is important but the most important thing is the placement, which makes your career better. Our college has campus placement and many companies visit and hire our students. In many branches, not all the students get the placement but the students who are toppers and who are good in their study get the placement. I also dream to get a placement so that I can get a job quickly after my diploma. For that, I am really working hard and improving my skills, knowledge, and my scores. Tata Motors, Layam Group, Myntra, Bajaj, and other companies come to our college for the placement. In the final year of our course, this opportunity comes to us and we are very much awaited for that.

Best engineering college for BTech and polytechnic. Architecture department are also in our college. Labs, laboratories, libraries. Buses with camera. Girl hostels.

Placement Experience:

In the last semester, our senior get a job in many respected companies. About 70 to 80% of students placed in every year. About 40 students placed in Mechanical in core companies in this. Covid time by virtual placement drive. And minimum package for diploma student is 2.5 LPA to 5lpa.

Remarks:

Positives Beautiful Campus : This might seem irrelevant to some, but the natural beauty is what comes to your rescue when you feel you have hit rock-bottom. Single Rooms : People have different opinions about this, but I have come to respect this particular facility at our campus. Location of campus (away from city) : This is a very subjective issue, but I think that the location of campus (distance from city) leaves us lesser distractions. Negatives :- Weak Alumni Base : Although it is definitely possible to achieve any goal in life without assistance from alumni, but their experience can definitely make the journey simpler for many. However, lately, many alumni of IIT Guwahati are connecting back with the student community and I am grateful to them for taking out their time for interacting with us. Single Rooms : Yes, I covered this in positives as well, but I think I must point out the cons of this facility. Students, especially in the first year, might feel lonely and find it hard to interact with others. A shared room provides you with one or more readily accessible friends whose privacy you can breach without asking, from day one. Mess : However the Mess System is undergoing a lot of changes, this is one aspect that has a lot of scope for improvement.
