Remarks

One has to give UPTU entrance test to get into MIET. Application form for same is available online. Although because of good academics I got direct admission into college. To be eligible for B.tech you must have completed your 12th with good marks or must have cleared UPTU.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty staff of MIET was quite good. They used to explain everything so well. Many of our professors were having post graduate degree from esteemed colleges like IIT. Teaching method was interactive including both theoritical and practical lectures.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Placement Experience

In 7th semester placement process gets started. Many companies visit our campus and the count of companies and average package offered is increasing every year. TCS, wipro, Samsung and many other visit our campus. After getting degree i was determined to do job in the IT industry

Fees and Financial Aid

MIET is one of the best institute providing guidance to its students that too at an affordable prices. College fees was quite nominal compared to other colleges. Getting education loan is also an option if one is not able to somehow afford the course fees.

Campus Life

3 days annual cultural fest named Kolahal which happens in MIET is one of the best memories from my college days. Apart from that many workshops related to various streams like robotics, AI/ML are also conducted on timely basis.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the college is good and affordable fees for all

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges
