Remarks

Excellent university with everything what an engineering student needs I am really happy that i have chosen this university.

Entrance Preview

There is no entrance exam for joining in Sastra University they join students based on marks secured in +1 and +2 (intermediate). Merit based entrance those who scores high marks they will get admission others won't get into the university. I chose civil engineering as the available courses available for percentage are civil,IT and some other courses. So chose Civil Engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is very they not only focus on books and theory knowledge but also on practical knowledge how in our life we come across that knowledge and how they are being applied.

Placement Experience

I am proud to say that university has 100% placements lot of good opportunities available many companies come here for hiring packages differ from company to company starting from Rs.3.33 LPA to Rs.27 LPA.

College Events

There are lot of cultural fests and technical fests that will be conducted by us one such tech fest is DAKSH it is an international tech fest where events will be conducted in every department regarding cultural fest KURUKSASTRA is an country wide cultural fest where teams across India come and actively participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostels are very good here there are various rooms available like 4 in 1, 2 in 1 and single room starting from 8000 to 16000 per year mess food is average.

Fees and Financial Aid

My university gives two scholarships one is based on cgpa secured and other one is for hostel inmates each with 16,000.

Campus Life

Gender ration is 1:1 as both are equal in numbers lot of workshops and cultural fests will happen every week for any of the departments.

One my professors is very friendly to me he will share his work experience during job and he motivates me alot.

Exploring SNSCT in my POV

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho,apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.
