Entrance Preview

Karnataka CET entrance exam. Choose to do MBA and selected the entrance exam. Admission was through ranking and CET counselling centre.

Course Curriculum Overview

Objective aptitude test and interview. Selected electives were Human Resources and Marketing. We had to present on one of the topics or theme given in HR and Marketing every month to improve industry knowledge and presentation skills.

Internships Opportunities

Internship was good and it was also through interview process by companies. No stipend offered. Some companies offered 1000 rs to 2000 rs but very few. Many companies also came to campus to select interns.

Placement Experience

Placement was 100% during our days and it was based on interview selection. Most of the big IT companies were there offering between 4 lakhs to 9 lakhs.

College Events

We had the welcome program by seniors for 1st yrs. Then many cultural, technical and social events all through the year.we were also encouraged to participate in ngo activities. We had the annual event with cultural and send off to seniors.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We had come through CET hence it was fixed at 50 k per year. For the others coming through comes k or quota seats it ranged from 5 lakhs to 12 lakhs. We also had expenses like laptop, project work and others which were beard by us

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were very supportive and helped us for projects and also placement. Alumni meet is held every year though I did not get chance to attend due to work related factors

Faculty

Excellent faculty, approachable and knowledgeable. Gave inputs on handons in Industry which has helped us to excel in the work today. Tests were conducted every month along with practicals. Assignments projects were given every half year for us internal marks.

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.

A well rounded collage experience in Alliance University

The main reason why i chose this collage was because of the faculty and the infrastracture and also their placement hen i did my research about this collage befor joining i got to kno that they have ties with top companies . the main reason why i didnt select other collages was due to theolacement out of all thecollages i applied Alliance University had the best placement and infrastructure and they are one of the topcollages for BBA and any other couses. when it comes to eligibiltiy, for undergraduate you should pass 12th exam and should have more than 60% for postgraduate program you should need minimum 50% in bacholors degree the cuttoff for eligibility depend on how many are writing the exa it mostly ranges from 70%to 80%. the admission process for alliance was smooth the admission team guided and helped me throughout the admission process...Read More
