Remarks

College management is taking lot of effort for placements and for the proper functioning of the college. They are very friendly and helping and continuous ask for feedback from us s as to improve in whichever way possible.

Entrance Preview

I gave CAT exam and scored 75 percentile. I didnt had much option to choose from then i got to know about RICS SBE in amity university, Noida and went for a workshop arranged there. I was given information about the new course that is MBA in real and urban infrastructure and got fascinated after seeing the future prospects and hence opted for it.

Internships Opportunities

All the real estate developers and IPCs came to hire students for internships. Stipend was 20000K for two months and experience was very good since it offered a lot to learn and industry experience.

Placement Experience

90% of the batch was placed. All the real estate developers and IPCs came to the campus.and the offer ranged from 10 - 25K per month for the internship and about the placement, offer ranges from 5 - 18 lakhs p.a.

College Events

4

Many business schools event happens during the course of 2 years where all the business school from all over the country participate and many events like monopoly, on the spot talent hunt etc happens.

Fee Structure And Facilities

MBA in real estate being a new course has a very feasible structure which is about 7 lakhs for a 2 year course. It does not include hostel fees. Fee can be submitted in the college itself or through internet banking.

Fees and Financial Aid

Amity supports specialized education by extending scholarships to girls students and to people scoring above 75% in graduation.

Campus Life

4.5

Gender ratio in MBA in real estate is 7:1 that is for every 7 boys there is 1 girl, since a industry specific course and that too real estate so participation from the female gender is little less though now significant increase in the participation is seen for the last batches. There are continuous workshop happening arranged by the college to give industry exposure to the students and make them aware about the industry standards so as to make them placement ready.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Amity hostel is famous for its infrastructure and the facilities it offers. both A/c and non A/c rooms are available with good quality food thrice a day. There are maids assigned for each floor to take care of the cleanliness for all the rooms and a strict warden assigned to take care of the security and safety of the students living.

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors were very friendly and helping. They helped us out in every way possible and still provide feedback about their companies and job so as to make us aware bout the happening in the market and to avoid the mistakes which they did during their time.

Exam Structure

There was no labs but exams scheduling are done in a way to reduce pressure on the students and exams happens in the college itself with our in own faulty as invigilators.

Faculty

4

Faculty has worked on various research projects funded by government and bi-lateral/multi-lateral agencies on topics such as emerging housing technologies, BIM, sustainable habitats, transport systems, water supplyetc.

The placement cell is great if i exclude packages offered as there are enough opportunities and frequent generic as well as company specific trainings are conducted to help the students get through the selection process.

Placement Experience:

Placement is very impressive in ISAB. Since the establishment ISAB has successfully meeting the milestone of 100% placement. Which could sound fake but it's not. I've seen my seniors in alumni meet, all of them are working in corporate. My batch has recently placed 100% for summer internship and I'm sure our placements will also be having these results.

Maybe from 4th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. As I am a fresher so I don’t have more knowledge about that the highest package maybe 3-4 lakh. The percentage should be good. I am thinking to establish my own business. Being an entrepreneur and my plan B is getting a job in banks.

Admission:

I applied for the MBA Hospital Administration Regular course when I was appearing for the final semester examination of my Bsc Nursing Degree. The institute confirmed my admission only after the final results were declared and when I had submitted the proof of securing more than 55% marks (Which was the minimum eligibility criteria at my time). The college grants admission on the basis of results, experience in hospitals, the course pursued in the under-graduation, and many other comprehensive factors. Considering the good reputation this college enjoys, I did not have any second thoughts before applying here. The admission process is also very simple. By paying a nominal charge of INR 125, the candidates can get the application form from the college website itself.
