Entrance Preview

My course doesn't require an entrance exam. The reason why opted for this college is nearby to house and it's very renowned and well known and also is one of the oldest college Mumbai.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very good and is based on practical subjects as the course is based on management. Subjects are nice and well balanced. Anyone wanting to learn the essentials of management for setting up a Business.

Internships Opportunities

Till know I haven't applied for internship. But I know from my friends experience they are very good and very useful. Mahindra & Co gave placements in our college.

Placement Experience

The job oppurtunities are reasonable and reliable. The course itself has many job opputunites we can eaisly get jobs without depending on college placements.

College Events

Our college celebrates "Indradanushya" aka "Chandi Utsav" It's a well organised fest with stalls and programs for students participation. The scale is not as large but still a very Good festival to attend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible and also the minorities have special fees and scholarships. Its very reasonable compared to other colleges with such kind of ambience.

Fees and Financial Aid

I know about some of the scholorships provided by the college also minorities like "Sindhi" are given special scholorship. I'm a Sindhi and I have availed this scholorship.

Campus Life

The life is pretty much as one would expect from a college. People are good and belong to various cultures mostly Sindhis. Extracurricular activities are not up to the mark I hope they will resolve this issue.

Hostel Facilities

Our college do not provide hostel facilities but considering the lodging factor travelling is very easy as our college is located near the Railway station.

Alumni/Alumna

The college seniors are very generous and guide us for what should we do in the future. I have a few senior friend's they are funny in nature and serves as a guide.

Exam Structure

The classes and labs are very spacious and well ventilated the exams are conducted every half yearly and it's a very pleasing experience.

Faculty

The faculty is very generous and kind they are very helpful. The teachers are well trained and provides us with a wealth of knowledge for us to become succesful in life.

A Review of K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce

Fees and Financial Aid:

Here is the breakdown of the total fees I paid for my BMS degree: Fee for FYBMS 18k approx Fee for SYBMS 17k approx Fee for TYBMS 18k approx I don't think that it's increasing, for registration you have to pay 200 rupees like a Boucher code. Tution fees is approx 8-10k per year and by adding other fees to it, it becomes 18k.

Many campus placement offers are there from companies like TCS, Wipro, infoses etc with interview is held for internship.the package is good enough for your internship and experience. It's stipend , after my completion of degree I'll definitely look for my internship and placement in my college as for my experience in jobs then I'll do mba.

Ashoka provides good placements and it depends on the students if he or she studies well then why will not be selected, placement opportunities are there in Ashoka with no issues regarding that company like Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, and many more. The packages vary from 2.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum. From 4 semesters students are eligible for placements means they should start working on it. And if a student Is failed for the placement then should try off-campus or master's. I am going to take the placements. It's not difficult in Ashoka to take placements if you focus on lectures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I was interested in management and finance so I chose BMS and selected finance in my 3rd sem as my major. Faculty are quite good and qualified most of my faculties were CA to teach us accounts and the teaching method is also great it practical and faculties provide us with practical examples and also play games with us on various study topics. Every faculty teaches different subjects and one faculty handles around 60 students in one classroom. Next about the exams which are very easy and it's not a big thing to pass if you have studied well questions are given from what the faculty has taught us.

i would say it was overall a good experience but due to covid couldn't live up to my college life

At Third year various campus placements are offered by the college But due To covid situation It could not be Held This Year and last year But our college Did organize various career session and Informative session, they even Internship thing with sbi banks, but overall no special placement was provided by the college. When I applied to college first I applied to college bk birla and Rd ruperkar but I can't get admission on that because my 12th marks is not sufficient for eligible on that college so I selected chm and other reason is the college is near from my house.
