The college fest organised are beautiful. Hostel life is the most lovely period you will enjoy.

You have to score above the 94 percentile if you are a girl and belong to the general category. You have to give jee mains .you can have reservation benefits based on your father's income. You can find the application form on google and check it all the time so that dates are not missed.

All the teachers are well educated and the faculty members are ph.d holders from IITs and NITs. All the faculty members are friendly and experienced in their field. The course curriculum is relevant and it is also designed as per new industry requirements and it is easy to understand.

The Placement and Training cell ensures that every student undergoes compulsory vocational training and summer internship at the best research institutes and reputed technical organizations of the country. By coordinating with various industries and research institutes the students get themselves acclimatized to the various technological advancements taking place worldwide.

The college had a good placements record in the year 2019,2020 and 2021. This year also the highest package offered was of 30 lac per annum. Talking about session 2021-2022, more than 100 companies had visited and out of this 50 companies are new. The students who got selected by these companies were offered an average package of 10.20 lac per annum. The registered number of students in this session was 588 and more than 600 job opportunities were offered to them by the companies. As a whole nit Patna placements had still shown an upward trend.As the session has not ended more companies are likely to visit till march. Hoping for more students to be getting placed in the session 2021-2022.

The infrastructure is all good, there are all basic facilities like a separate library, wi-fi and a very big room for students to study. All the labs are well equipped and air-conditioned. Hostel facilities are all good, with very healthy food provided by them to girls in the hostel. There is a huge playground for students who are interested to play outdoor games like volleyball, football, and cricket.

There were too many cultural fests to be organized in the NIT Patna campus before corona but in the pandemic period also nit p has created the largest fest in Bihar and Jharkhand. It is situated near the airport and Ganga ghat. so one can always see the beauty of Ganga ghat on their balcony.
