Big Data Analytics adds data science and machine learning in its course curriculum. How to maintain huge amount of data with advanced algorithms learning is taught in this course. M.Tech data analytics gives chance to the students who have BE/B.Tech degree. 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility criteria is given to the reserved category candidates.

Course Curriculum Overview

Cloud based big data analytics, predictive analytics, application of large scale data analysis etc are the topics covered in this course. Global data science market is increasing. So, this 4 semester program that helps professionals to build mathematical and engineering skills, requires to lead their career as data engineer. Data scientists take good care of the course.

The highest package was around Rs 10 lacs in previous year and campus recruitment is increasing in all possibilities to bring new recruiters. University provides extra course to make students placement easy.

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

Everything is so good in our college. There is huge amount of space.Good infrastructure. But faculty is not at all good.They do not have subject knowledge and teaching proficiency. Lab infrastructure is not good.
