Remarks

I choosed this university because it's one of the best ranked college which comes in top 70 and the fees here was quite pocket friendly as compared to other colleges. The reason behind opting this course was the difference between MBA & PGDM. In MBA your are taught more of theroy part but in PGDM you are also given practical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course, curriculum, academics is one of the positive factor of this college as here you get chance to learn at each and every step. Usually it happens like we reach hostel by 11 pm just to sleep and for full day we had classes and in evening we had practical session along with Chairman addressing all students.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 1000000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement and Job opportunities is good as most of the students are placed and given internship. Toatl number of recruiters in campus are 651 around and almost 400 students are placed. The average salary is 6.5 lakhs around which is good. We get internships twice in two years, first we get in 1st year for a month and later in 2nd year we get internship for two-three months.

College Events

Campus life you can is very tough here but for getting something you desire for you have to go through all the challenges, it's like that here. Apart from tight schedules we have events organised for getting relaxed. Freshers is one the best ever event where you can enjoy fully as after that you have to give 100% to career. As it's PG so rarely we look for other activities rather than from our study related.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees is Rs. 1.2 lakh, the rooms are quite good in size with bathrooms attached. For the first year it's necessary to stay in college hostel and further in final year you can shift to PG or Flat as per your choice. Fooding is included in the rent and the taste of food is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Beyond the Classroom: Life at IISER PUNE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses which are offered are very up to date and give and actual conceptual understanding of the topics the courses are such that it is relevant to the real world applicantions and program our mind in thinking in a research and analytical perspective. I think the current course curriculum is enough and really good no need to improve further. Frequency of exams are 2 months Midsems and endsems and quizzes in Between then.

Awesome Internship Experience

This college has extra communication and aptitude department who trained us everyday.It has a strict procedure as its schedule is from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Admission process is through Entrance Examination and Personal Face to Face Interview. I have chosen this college because of its best academic report compared to other colleges. Many events are organised here apart from academics. First of all BOP(Business Orientation Program) has been conducted to give us refreshment for 2 months. Then from August our academic session begins. Corporate Sessions and Events are arranged and organized on every Saturday from BOP only. Hostel accommodation is also well provided by college in Navayangan Society.Faculties are so helpful, if you are facing any problem reach them. They will solve your queries with ease.
